Hi, we’re Jennifer and Sally, the founders of SallyShines Ltd. We’ve been friends for nearly 25 years, and together, we’re on a mission to make life a little easier for families in London.

I’m Jennifer Weiler, originally from the U.S., and I’ve been living in Southwest and Northwest London since 1999. I hold dual citizenship with the U.K. and have a Master’s in Business Administration. After spending five years working in the City, I decided to take a step back and focus on raising my kids.

Sally Bernadas, a native Filipino with dual U.K. citizenship, has lived in London since 2001, and we’ve worked together through many stages of my life— from my busy career to becoming a mother and eventually returning to work. Sally was with me for 20 years as my housekeeper, helping out during my pregnancies, with the kids, and everything in between. Over the years, we formed a strong working relationship, and through it, we realized we had a real knack for connecting families with the right people— whether it was housekeepers, nannies, or tutors.

Throughout my parenting years, I built relationships with nannies, housekeepers, tutors, and carers, learning a lot about what makes a family run smoothly. Sally’s experience as a housekeeper taught me a lot about what both families and employees need to be happy and successful. She’s always been the go-to person for finding work for her friends, and likewise, finding help for families in need. Together, we knew we could bring our expertise to something bigger.

So, we launched SallyShines Ltd. in the fall of 2024— to provide families with top-notch housekeeping, nanny, and care services, as well as tutoring support, all backed by years of experience, personal connections, and a deep understanding of what families really need. As we always say: “So we may take care of you and your family!”
